Hi there! Unfortunately you can't start the game from the beginning as of now. In our next version though, we'll add a feature for users to delete their account, but this won't just delete their level records, but will also forever remove data of power-ups and boosters, etc. If you are looking for this feature, then please stay tuned for our next version update! After deleting your current account and clearing all data, you can always start the game over.
Can’t activate castle pass
It’s ridiculous that I can’t add and activate the castle pass…. What’s the point in offering it and each time you try it says purchase failed….. not for lack of funds… lack of a working game…. #Boooooooooo… 😤🤬
