Good tool

Purchased the app to fill the void of a presidium and years of knowledge
. Works really good. If you’re looking for a tool to confirm a stone, I recommend doing at least the free trial. So far I am not disappointed, and I don’t expect to be either.

Subscription required

Yes I know developers need to make money too. However, three day trial and only one identification allowed prior to requiring the subscription is insufficient for me to deem it worthy of payment. 10 dollars a week or 50 dollars a year is a bit steep for something I would use maybe twice a month. Insufficient time to validate its accuracy. Oh well, delete.

Absolutely hopeless and by accident bought and paid $60 and wanted to cancel immediately but no where to do so . I would appreciate someone calling me for a refund !!!! It does not know anything and diverts to cheap Etsy things . I want my money back

Biggest SCAM!! Unable to cancel subscription and doesn't work properly

Stay away from this app, its a nightmare!! I tried to cancel my subscription because it told me a huge spider in my house was a tarantula and it turned out to be harmless so I was frightened for no reason.

There is no easy way to cancel the subscription through the app and it's not showing up in google play as a subscription so now I have to email them. DO NOT GET THIS APP, STAY AWAY!

Frustrating

For an app that costs $10 per week this is ridiculous. Been trying to scan my 1966 quarter for 15min. Keeps coming up as a 1932 coin worth 10k-50k. The pictures I’m taking are perfect and the coin is easy to read. Clearly shows the year on the pictures I’m taking. Don’t even bother
