Descargué Wallbit para obtener una cuenta bancaria en EE.UU., pero tras completar todos los pasos y enviar mis datos personales, llevo más de 20 días esperando la verificación. El servicio de atención al cliente no responde a mis mensajes, lo que genera desconfianza. Es preocupante que tengan mi información personal sin ofrecer ninguna solución o actualización.
