I bought 2 different Dr Scent devices and while the bigger one works perfectly on the app, my brand new Eco - Device has more or less not worked since i got it because the app doesn't seem to control the device. I have to constantly factory reset the device from the app to maybe get it to spray and even that is hit or miss. I also had Dr Scent swap my Eco device for a brand new one and the same issues persist. It doesn’t save schedules, doesn’t turn the device off or on when you do so on the app. Practically, i can barely use the Eco Device i got because the app doesn't seem to work well with this model.
There must be a bug in this current version of the app. The Dev team should look into this as it urgently needs an update.
Great products otherwise, i just wish i could actually enjoy my purchases without this app being so buggy smh.
