Nightmare!!!
Tried to use this app to pay for a ticket to the airport as I realised I didn’t have enough cash. When I tried to register my number for the app it would not send the code so I could not use it. I tried it with another app to see if it was my foreign number (Tried with French & UK numbers) but they both worked on other app. It’s such a bad system as if you don’t have cash then you have to use the app! What a bad system by Denmark, can’t believe they don’t accept contactless!!!Show lessDanny Griff
App not working for phones outside of Denmark
Echoing earlier comments….you can’t register for the app with a non-Danish phone number. Too bad as you really need this app to purchase tix in rural areas without a station. Seems it would be an easy fix if someone would just note all the flags raised hereApp not for foreigners

When travelling Denmark, this app is pushed to be downloaded to make use of public transport for all international and local travellers. The problem for international travellers is that you can’t make use of the tap unless you have a Scandinavian SIM card. So you are left with the only Possible option which is cash!! This can be very difficult as ATM/ cashpoints are far and few between and even if you find some there is a high charge to take out cash!
NOTE FOR DEVELOPERS:
if you intended to use this app ensure Apple Pay / G pay is enabled and allows you to bypass the phone numbers and can use email.Show lessTo the edited in chief

Great app! Thank you! Perhaps one feedback from an user with a smart phone with a small screen: Increasing the font size, in this way the bus driver can read it easily. The driver has only few seconds to read it.Murayh
