  • Can’t Log In

    Keeps saying “user session expired” or suggesting I’m logged in elsewhere. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it but made no difference.

  • Terrible app

    Every now and again would have to reinstall and now even after doing that cannot login or reset the pin.

  • Horrific

    They created two duplicate apps with the same name. The old one no longer loads and in the new one the OTP verification doesn’t work. So essentially these apps are bricked. Too bad if you actually had a Circle account with points - now you cannot access it.
  • Bad app with no support

    I can’t sign in anymore. I can’t reset my pin ? It gives an error on OTP registration and never sends it. I can’t make a new account cause it says I have one already.

  • Doesn’t load

    App is unreliable. Constantly fails to load. Problem exists for several months. Hotel should be more efficient

  • App not loading, very disappointing

    Very frustrating to wait for the app to load and nothing happens only a message that says “Our chefs are busy preparing for service” I have tried everything without any good results. Very Disappointing!!!

    Really frustrating app. Most of the time it’s just hanging especially while I’m in Atlantis and want to use it…

  • Good but….

    The loyalty program is good, but the app service it will work once then it will tell you the chef is cooking the app and it won’t work.
