Immediately fee, no trial period
This app is very difficult to navigate with poor results. Also the video length most be less than 5 minutes long.
I love face mod! Please ignore refund request, it was a mistake!
Hi team, I love the app. Huge apologies I put in a refund request on the Apple Store because I got confused between this app and another one which is absolutely terrible. The other app was also supposed to offer a three day trial and it did not.
Face mod is absolutely fantastic. Impeccable results in very difficult time.
I received a note back from apple saying the purchase was "not eligible for refund" and I then unfortunately I counted that response. However I didn't realise at the time because the other app has a very similar name. I was not ever supposed to put in a refund request for this face mod.
I can't find a way to contact Apple support to let them know about this. are you able to forward them this Review by any chance?

Muy mala aplicación
Es la aplicación mas orrenda que e comprado al principio tenia mas menu y le ban quitando contenido hasta dejar puros videos de porqueria sin ningun sentido Esta app no merece ni una estrella Esta app es una estafa nunca responden a los correos electrónicos Me robaron mi dinero Pague un año y solo pude usarla 2 meses. Glitches in subscription benefits
Supposedly, if you subscribe weekly as a Pro user, they promise to give you 15 custom uploads credits as a bonus. Ok, so each week they’ve been awarding +15 credits, but suddenly take -15 credits away just a few days later citing “pro benefits overdue”. You’re then left with net 0 bonus credits every week. What the heck? What’s the point? Please fix this.
