App doesn’t give me the ability to create an account. When I put in my email address and password it keeps saying to check email or password.

How do you create an account?
I have downloaded the app but I am not sure how to create an account to use it. I only see log in and reset password. Can you please let me know how I go about creating an account. Thank you

Create an Account
I downloaded the App but it only gives an option to sign in. How do I create an account (to sign in). I hit forgot password but nothing is sent
Good Customer Service
I was having trouble navigating the app and Aoilfe who manages the app made a video for me to show me how it works and then kept working at it with me until it was all fixed. She’s great.
Scam! Beware!
They take your money and don’t give you access to the library of videos, just 10 second clips with some weird voiceover. Then you try to get in touch with someone called Neal who then calls you insults you by calling you technologically inept. Pathetic!
