I was setting up my cds account but can’t continue cuz my bank branch isn’t there please I need your assistance

I registered in July… it’s October, still waiting for them to set up my csd account…. I think it’s a scam. Don’t deposit your money
They are very slow in working on your account
They have the worse customer service in Ghana.It takes more than one month for them to work or setup your account.i wonder the department that works on the accounts are working.if you are looking for fast means to invest your money then please look else where because if you put your money in there you can’t have access to it until the account is setup,which will take like 6 months. You can’t even trade with shares. Their customer service is very poor

CDS settings
How long does it take to set up a CDS account, mine is taking forever. Kindly rectify

Why does it keep happening?
I downloaded this app a few weeks ago, I registered logged in my details etc.
But everytime I leave the app and return it asks me for my details again! Every single time! I literally filled it in yesterday again, and I am doing it again right before writing my this review.
