I am a regular at this cafe and had loyalty points from the first app. They all disappeared with the new app and many items on the menu (4 today) were “not available” on the app but available when ordering in person. Not much point to having an app if you can’t scan in-person orders for loyalty points and can’t even order what’s on offer.
