You can use this app to sync your fitness devices and apps to AIA Vitality, track your progress on the program, receive push notifications and take advantage of the many rewards and benefits AIA Vitality has to offer, including the tracking and redeeming of AIA Vitality Active Benefits vouchers. You can also link Apple® Health and upload activity data to earn AIA Vitality points.
You can complete assessments and earn points. Find out your AIA Vitality Age by completing the AIA Vitality Age Assessment.

With the previous version I did not have to constantly log in. With this version I have to keep logging in, setting up a new password, setting up Face ID etc etc even though I have ticked the keep me logged in box. Very annoying. We do not have time for this. Also, it doesn’t let you select correct dates for events or targets you achieved. Ie. I tried to select 3rd Nov 2024 for running event but cannot select 3rd, it automatically jumps to 7th. Frustrating.

Hello there, thank you for contacting Vitality. Both previous and current app required weekly logins to ensure safe syncing of points within Monitoring time frames. The app should not be logging you out however, which means we may need to investigate some of your permissions. Please give us a call so we can take you through the steps.
