Learned so much
It’s a gorgeous app and I learned so many cool facts by using it. I feel like it is really nice for learning something new everyday. The backgrounds of the facts are very aesthetic and creative. It’s got cool facts that I’ve never learned in school. One of my favorite parts is the learn more button. It’s super cool because I can press it and it takes me directly to a webpage to investigate the topic further. Overall, a great app and I’ll be using it on a daily basis here on out!!!!The Michael Chen
Really gorgeous history app
There are so many facts here - I’m able to learn something new every time I come on. And it just looks super nice. There doesn’t seem to be any other facts app with such a aesthetic interface. I also really like the fact it links to articles if you have no idea what the fact originally said. The backgrounds are a really nice feature too.
Some facts are really obscure - like one said “1407: Ulrich von Jungingen becomes grand master of the Teutonic Knights”. Like I had no idea who Ulrich or the Teutonic knights were. This is where the Wikipedia function was really helpful.
Other ones don’t seem to have a Wikipedia link so they’re just sitting there though.MashedPotato470
Incorrect information
The app said it had interesting history facts, one of the fact was that President Lincoln authorized the creation of the secret service hours before his assassination, wrong in two way President Lincoln was murdered in April 1865 and the secret service was formed July of 1865, and the secret service was initially started to stop counterfeiting of USA money, they weren’t assigned President security until after the assassination of President McKinley.Stoneturk
