  • Best Soft Tip Dartboard for home

    Updating a previous review. The developer was responsive in addressing issues with the application and continue active development of new features and content.

  • Lacking where it counts

    So at this point I’ve submitted multiple emails and bug reports that are still not addressed. The previews in the app do not work. Full stop. New sound effects and animations are being added, but there is no way to preview them and decide whether or not to buy. I have restarted, reinstalled etc. multiple times to no avail. Until basics like this are fixed, I would have a hard time recommending the GranBoard. Which is a shame as when it works as intended - it’s great.

  • Sound previews don't work

    App seems to have a lot of bugs. It's cool they add sounds for customization, but want you to purchase the sound. When you try to preview the sound, it loads forever and doesn't play.

  • Can’t even delete a profile without deleting your whole account

    I have my main profile on my avcount and a second one I added for a friend awhile ago, now I would like to remove that profile but you can’t whatsoever. This should be the most basic task but the app is so hard to use and navigate already, ADD THE OPTION TO REMOVE PROFILE FROM MY ACCOUNT.

  • Would be great if it did anything

    This is so frustrating. First, GranBoard makes it way too hard to add players. We have a large family and all want to play together, including the kids, off the same primary device. Two of us are interested in online play, but the vast majority of our usage is local, so I wanted to create profiles for everyone. Alas, I then learn that I can’t add users from the main GranBoard App, and have to use this separate Granplayer app. Why they’ve chosen that convoluted process is a mystery itself, but whatever. So download the app…only to learn I can’t set up multiple users in the app and switch among them. Again, through some sort of baffling logic clear only to the granboard developers, the app supports only one user for each installation, meaning each user apparently needs their own dedicated app on a dedicated device. Super handy for a local user type, like ours. Okay, fine, we round up phones and iPads and make it happen…now it’s time to scan the QR code and start setting up some users… but sadly the app doesn’t actually activate the camera, I just get a black screen. No idea why, but it doesn’t work, clearly some sort of bug. So, after spending hours down this rabbit hole I’m back to where I started, with a system that only allows one named user in a local group and everyone playing as my guests, but each having their own copy of the genuinely worthless “Granplayer” app on their device as a reminder that this system doesn’t really work. Seriously guys, try harder. Try at all.

  • Needs some changes

    I would give this app 5 Stars but I feel that when you go to add player so you can switch accounts instead of having to make a new account you should have the option to log in. That way if someone has their own account already they can still connect to your app so you can switch between them without having to logout and back in every time on the GranBoard app.

  • Horrible

    This app is horrible. Logged me out of my account. Can’t log back in because it says error. Can’t add a 2nd owner to my board. Bought a $300 board to play on a guest account in my own home. Why 2 apps? These apps don’t interact or function well at all. How many times am I going to have to create a new account? Absolutely horrible experience. Gran board what are you doing? Time to get to work and fix all of these bugs!! Let’s go! You charge your customers for a premium dart board that is about as functional as a steel tip cork board..

  • Great addition

    Great addition to the Gran Board experience. Easily able to connect with other players, and see who is on-line from my friends. The added data drill downs are very helpful for seeing strengths and weaknesses. Easy to switch between profiles if you have multiple players on one board.
