This app does not work most of the time and if it does, it’s super buggy! Half way through the season it crapped out. The chat stopped working and it didn’t update any of the games. I can only “access” the chat by starting a new thread or by clicking on a notification popup if I’m lucky. It has the wrong time zone and there’s no way to fix it. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now, it’s worse. It says I’m not part of a team or schedule anymore. None of the buttons work or show anything and there’s no way to add myself back to the team… Maybe it’s because I am part of what was supposed to be a co-ed softball league starting in Jan 2023. In reality, they changed it to open league and started in March. Now most of us are “locked out” and can’t view anything in the app. If you’re gonna delay a season by 3 months, at least make sure we are still a team in the app!!WritingSomethings

Exciting “Announcement”: Admins can now broadcast messages—called Announcements—into this app and via push notification, so no one on the team misses a beat. There’s also a new tab in town! The Teams tab will display if you have any active teams, so you can easily select and pin the most relevant teams to view their details. Additionally, coaches and staff now have the option to send and view RSVP reminders directly from the RSVP tab, and can also choose to view RSVP totals without the staff and coaches accounted for. Several navigation and experience enhancements have also been made to the app’s home feed, badge counts, buttons, labels, scoring, and player profiles which now show guardian information and new call, text, and email options.
