  • Horrible

    Too many ads. It’s like trading on money control website. The stock updates have a horrible lag. It doesn’t let me update or add stock to my watchlist. The app needs serious IT and QA checks. The old app was not great but this is absolutely horrible. If there was an option to give Zero stars then, I will give Zero stars.

  • Poorly designed.

    Inconsistent design patterns used across screens. Not suitable for iPad. Difficult to find options and menus. Not clear what part of the screen can be scrolled and what is fixed.

    Very poorly made App.
    Doesn’t work without wifi.

    The presentation of the App is awful and navigating to the desired script is cumbersome, difficult and without adequate guidance.

    I have used other big banks’ App and feel that the old App was much better!

  • Doesn’t work most of the time. Old app is better.

    Buggy app. After selling some assets from my portfolio, most of the tabs in the app started throwing errors.

    Update: This issue is still not fixed after a week.
