I ordered three things during the Black Friday sale. For my nephew’s Christmas, one item got refunded within a day. Then the wait was on. I started to chase up the other 2 items. As it was getting close to Christmas only to wake up on Christmas Eve to having been fully refunded 🙄. So going to have one very unhappy nephew. I have never had this problem before and I order loads though out the year. And I don’t live near a shop 😞

Delivery
So i ordered the new season top, paid extra for next day delivery and here we are a week later and still no delivery.
Phoned DHL and they didn't even receive the parcel for 3 days then they pass it to a third party!!!!!!

Good set up and easy to use!! only thing I’d say is the delivery charge should be done away with especially when you’re spending over £200 on tops.

Not mobile optimised imo. Another half assed rangers retail touch point . Tough to navigate unless you have seen what you want elsewhere and type it in.
