Bait and switch !!!!
After getting bait and switched by the sales team I canceled and moved to Jobber. There were so many bugs that the features sold to me didn’t work. So much for the good will of Mike Andes. I wish I was told the honest state of the product before they took my credit card. There’s a reason there is no free trial and the other CRMs do have a free trial!!!! And I even got pressured for an annual subscription because of a soon pricing hike. Thank gawd I went monthly!
They have a Facebook page that is people complaining about the software, multiple posts every day! There are YouTube videos of people saying don’t use Copilot. I wish I listened but I was trusting the good will of Mike Andes!

Awful platform
Impossible to use, and impossible to learn.
No customer support, and just a terrible platform. 100% would not recommend. This platform is advertised as the one stop shop for everything, and I can promise you that it is the opposite of that. I tried getting a refund after two days of using it, and of course there’s no option for that because I didn’t pick the most expensive model. $200 a month apparently wasn’t enough. Mike Andes and his team are full of it, and don’t mind scamming you for your money.

Do not use!!
Lack of transparency, customer service does not have the knowledge to assist with 95% of the issues we brought to their attention, a significant amount of major bugs!! Issues with invoicing, tax calculations, and 3 full pages worth of other issues we experienced. Might be good one day but they are not worth the cost now. In the thick of beta still (yet that was never made known prior to signing up when speaking with their team). Did not save us any money when having to do everything twice since the software couldn’t do its job.

Just started for Augusta lawn in St.George. I accidentally tried to set up an account and now my boss can’t add my email to the administrator account.

This CRM changes the game
Copilot has been a game changer for the service business that I run. Everything from the optimizing and routing features to the KPI tracking. I can now tell that I am more on top of and aware of everything happening in the business!
