I enjoy taking care of my well-being and this app has been key in doing so. It helps me with providing tips on way that I can support my mental well-being . I also like that it helps with the organization of my day to day tasks which has helped add more stability to my daily routines . It’s making a different to my mindfulness journey.

Nice way to keep track of my mood
Well designed app that makes it easy to keep track of how I’m doing across each day. The calendar view is a good way to check on how it changed over time. Nice work!
