Easier to use through the app. I did have trouble with the one I bought online, so if you haven’t purchased it yet, download the app first and purchase through there. It won’t work in the app if you buy it from the website. My eSIM I bought directly through the website did not work, but I only needed a small one so I purchased one again through the app and it worked fine.

Works well and easy to install
Easy to set up and works well in Spain. Ideally would like to be able to monitor data usage, but I haven’t worked out how to do this. I downloaded the app two days after installing the esim, which might be the problem.
Garbage !!!
Stay away from this eSIM provider. I purchased 3 eSIMs for three different devices. Everything was ok and worked for about 24 hours then 2 out of the three eSIMs stopped working. SOS was displayed where you’d normally see signal bars. I tried tech support. A bunch of incompetent staff who couldn’t and it spears also didn’t want to solve my problem. I had to buy 2 new eSIMs with Airalo. Cheap is expensive !!!!

Very easy to use
