CES Alert App ได้ปรับปรุงให้รองรับกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานอาจารย์และนักศึกษาทั้งไทยและต่างชาติด้วยระบบสองภาษา โดยแอปพลิเคชันจะทำการแจ้งเตือนเมื่อได้รับข้อความใหม่แบบทันที มีการจัดหมวดหมู่ข้อความ แสดงสัญลักษณ์ให้ผู้ใช้งานทราบว่าข้อความใดที่ผู้ใช้งานไม่ได้อ่าน ผู้ใช้งานสามารถกำหนดหมวดหมู่ข้อความที่ชอบ (Favorite) หรือกำหนด Bookmark ข้อความที่ต้องการเพื่อความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงหมวดหมู่และข้อความได้ในภายหลัง ตลอดจนสามารถทำการค้นหาข้อความที่ต้องการได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
