We are transitioning app images to Apple HEIC format, enhancing image quality while reducing file size and download times.

Improvements Downloads will automatically retry when they fail due to a lost connection. We’ve prevented the device from sleeping while downloads are underway. Bug fixes We’ve resolved a bug where broken images could block the download queue.

New Features & Improvements Artwork selector - you now have greater control over sorting selected artworks when building an offer in the app. Sleeker design - We have updated some of the UI of the email offer template, making it cleaner and easier to use. Admin-only contacts - We have added an additional security parameter that ensures only admin users can view and access admin-only contacts when using the app. We have added new guidance to support users in synching contacts from your management system to the app with ease. Bug Fixes Email offers would show all document links instead of those selected - this is now fixed to show only the selected document links. The pick currency user permission was not showing for some users - this has now been resolved. We fixed a small bug that was blocking the sales notes field in artwork records from syncing to the app. There was a reoccurring problem caused when clicking the ‘pending’ label in the offers section of the app - this has now been fixed.

Artlogic Contacts - you can now find and send offer emails to your Artlogic contacts in addition to your iCloud contacts. Two-factor Authentication - with sensitive contact data now available, we’ve introduced two-factor authentication to improve security Custom collection grid images - you now have greater control over how your collections appear in the app Bug fixes: We’ve fixed a small issue with the availability indicator sporadically jumping around the page when changing the view from list to grid. We fixed a bug that caused the reset button in the filters to not reset the price filter Email offers would show all document links instead of those selected - this is now fixed to show only the selected document links The “All Presentations” collection would show presentations in no particular order - we fixed this to show all presentations in alphabetical order.
