Amazing Training Resource
There is so much value in this app for learning to be a better self-defender. The daily lessons are so valuable for getting mental reps. The training and gear tips are helpful in your training journey. The full-length classes are even more a wealth of knowledge and the video podcast is a great resource for getting insight from others who have been there and done that.
