The first 2 pages I sent went to their destination but all subsequent faxes get stuck in sending mode and never arrive at their destination.Nursemom27

I attempted to send a four page fax around 10am this morning which appeared to send only to get up to 50%. Attempted again around 3:45 and waited 10 minutes with no send.
I had to fax another document to a separate number so I decided to try that thinking that maybe the first phone line was too busy. Again a complete fail.
Finally, I downloaded EasyFax which sent both faxes within 5 minutes. Although I don’t specifically care for the functionality of EasyFax, at least it works. I’d like a refund.
I will be happy to upgrade my review when I get a refund. I will give another update when they fix this problem.SircDnil

This is a pay as you go service. I just needed to send one fax and every other app was requiring a weekly or monthly subscription. Beyond ridiculous! I just paid $2.99 and was able to send my fax in under 2 minutes. Awesome service!!Designer at heart
