Waited HOURS for Fax to NOT send.
I had to fax another document to a separate number so I decided to try that thinking that maybe the first phone line was too busy. Again a complete fail.
Finally, I downloaded EasyFax which sent both faxes within 5 minutes. Although I don’t specifically care for the functionality of EasyFax, at least it works. I’d like a refund.
I will be happy to upgrade my review when I get a refund. I will give another update when they fix this problem.
