Unable to open app because the link email is not functioning. I checked spam and no email
I filled out my warranty but am unable to get into app. It asks for a password and when I click no password or forgot password, it is supposed to send me a link to my email. No link is sent. Not in spam folder either. I tried 3 times to send it. Nothing. Also tried to go to website listed on sticker and it does not exist. Is this a total rip-off. Without the app it is just a scale.
