Custom Schedules can now be entered two weeks in advance instead of just one week. The current week's schedule is now show for both fixed and custom schedules. Improved the process to add or cancel dates in the current week to be more structured instead of free-form text. Added the member's schedule cancellation summary.

Added Transactions screen to show Transaction Record and Payment Summary. Added Schedules screen that centralizes where all scheduling changes can be submitted. Added Digital Blue Cards screen. When creating a submission, a type must now be selected. When creating a login, the email address must now be entered twice. Added Text Messaging consent field to Sponsors screen. Minor visual changes were made to various screens.
