3. Fixed the issue where the Hospital could not heal injured units.
I have been playing this game for about a good year so fin can say so and I have spent a lot of money in it but recently I made a purchase and did not receive the perks I had to get from the pack. I reached out to customer service and also to my VIP customer support but got told by customer service that I had not purchased anything even tho I send them my screenshot of payment with date, time and also receipt number. I pretty much got told to fk off and I asked for a refund and got told no now the VIP service told me pretty much the same thing so I requested my refund from apple and got but as soon as I got the refund the game froze my account and does not reply to my emails at all. How can yall request for me to make a payment for something I never received in the first place. This is very much gives you and idea that they don’t care about their customers they just want your money at all cost.
