My brother and I decided to try out this Sportsbook and we both won our totally separate bets and they refused to pay us out because ‘we have the same address’ which makes no sense and is a great way to steal your money. If we lost our bet they absolutely would not have said anything and let us lose our wager. They have not responded to my emails or anything. Ridiculous
Really good lines and app is easy enough to use. Having to scroll down to Basketball -> NBA Awards is weird and just adds steps when it could all be under the NBA banner, but it’s not a big deal.
Main issue is I have to force shut the app constantly or reopen on launch every time. No Face ID for login is also a pain.
I like it’s a Maryland company and will probably use more in the future.
I added the app back over summer but it crashes constantly before I can even put my first wager in. I have a newer model phone so that shouldn’t be the problem. It’s a shame cause the lines and initial promotion look good.

Thanks a lotThey still owe me $850 that I don’t expect to ever see at this point. Free bets are limited to a 2x payout, which means that you shouldn’t place them on anything with odds longer than +200. This is not dearly stated in promo terms and conditions. And the site will not stop you from placing free bets with longer odds. Your betslip will tell you that you are going to have a certain payout, and it will let you place the bet normally. But if you win, your payout will be capped.
Only allowing free bets on +200 odds or shorter is crazy to begin with. Never seen a restriction remotely close to this on other sites. But not stopping these bets from being used on ineligible wagers is INSANE. Literally every other sportsbook has figured this out.
Location verification never works and the interface is awful. Terrible odds and promos compared to other sports books.
Placed bet and disappeared soon after. When clicking withdraw, all I got was a spinning wheel. Had to contact customer support to withdraw, support was not very fast in responding either. Terrible experience.
