So addictive!

As someone who also played Temple Run 2, even though I loved Temple Run 2 I found Temple Run Legends to be even more addicting. The first few levels are too easy, but they become very challenging later on. There are also lots of fun events. Each character has their own powers, and their outfits give them even more powers. There are only 500 levels so far, but they’re going to make more levels soon and hopefully more characters too!

Not for me

I loved the original Temple Run but this is pants. Soooo boring, sorry. Don’t like the look of it and I don’t like the short levels

Soo good

I played this game to pass the time and it was a blast but waiting for it to finish downloading was long

Amazing game!

I’m very addicted to this game and play it all the time!

Blank screen on start

Hanging on black screen on start, doesn’t move forward.

A Marathon of Madness (and Lvl 500 Glitch)

A fantastic improvement on the endless runner formula that gives you a choice between bite sized levels with clear objectives and the maddening marathon of procedurally generated obstacles. I’ve made it all the way to the end, but unfortunately Level 500 is glitched. I earned three stars, but it would not unlock the fourth star objective. Now all three stars have disappeared but the Charmstones have not respawned in the level for me to clear it again. Hoping this gets patched.

Subway Surfers masquerading as Temple Run

While I like Subway Surfers & Temple Run, & while they’re both essentially the same thing, Temple Run has always felt more gritty, more grown-up. This game is far more of a Subway Surfers game in art style & over all feel - very much a more homogenised, primary school version of the genre.
More Dora the Explorer than Indiana Jones.

I’ve played a few levels of this &, while it’s enjoyable with some novel gameplay (the climbing & swimming), it doesn’t feel like a real Temple Run game. It’s the generic cartoony style, the bright, flat, blocky colours, the lack of corners & junctions, the finite tracks, the monsters that just wait for you at fixed points.
Good enough game, but it’s not really Temple Run, is it?
Is it?

Has it’s flaws!!

Completed Level 500 with 3 Stars - Somehow the level keeps resetting with 0 stars. Upon replaying, can amange to get only 2 stars because the 3 charmstones are no longer available. Again the 2 stars get reset. I save the game progress on Cloud, but unsure why would this happen. I hope that’s just a bug, which can be foxed but who knows

Swipe Issues

It’s fun, but… you will swipe yourself right out of the game on a regular basis. You’re trying to jump, and poof! You’ve swiped out of the app!it interrupts your flow and gets very old, very fast. After a week or so of this nonsense I’m about ready to put the game down and not come back, which is a shame because otherwise I’m enjoying it.

Response from developer

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with swiping up to jump and triggering the Home Screen. We recommend trying to adjust your swipe technique by swiping higher on the screen to avoid activating the Home Screen gesture near the bottom of the screen. If you still have issue with this gesture being activated after adjusting where you swipe, please contact our Support team so that we can gather more details about this experience and look into how to prevent it.
