App says heel must be visible when it is!
I’ve followed the instructions religiously. App says my heel must be visible when it clearly is! Apparently you need better training models for your AI. I take the picture anyways and it returns a size.

I tried to scan multiple times & got a “secondary BMI check” error every single time.

In the beta version, the secondary BMI check gets triggered when the user's heel is not clearly visible on the screen while taking a picture. Our development team has identified the issue and has implemented a deep-learning model to verify heel visibility and guide the user accordingly in real-time. Please install the upgraded version with an enhanced and more user-friendly UI for an excellent shoe-sizing experience.
