I have paid for it and I can’t load anything I can see the movie and tv show icon then when I click it just says loading, if I click back after a few mins it’s the same it’s just blank and not loading, any help please?

Horrible
Takes forever to load. Have to open and close movie 2 or 3 time to watch. Pauses for like 2 minutes every 3 minutes.and much more problems. If you are not patient or have anger issues, dont download!!!!
