Even after complaining no action taken now the app doesn’t even open up

You’ll receive a notification on your registered email or mobile very soon. Please download the new app and remove the older versions. Additionally you may contact us on appfeedback@timesplay.com for any issues you have. We've also upgraded TimesPlay OTT App with Hollywood Movies, Web-Series, Shows, Live TV Channels of English Entertainment content. Please download the new app, once we activate your subscription again, you will have access to all of the content on platform including the new additions which were not there in our earlier version. -Thanks, TimesPlay OTT teamNks
