Fails at the first hurdle
Both myself and my fiance with different passports at different occasions/locations have not been able to have our passports pictures even submitted successfully. The system may be down for the past couple days.. who knows. The error message you get is generic. Have done this type of verification on other apps successfully - unfortunately this is the one we are required to use this time.

Hard to follow and complete app
What a palaver!
40 minutes to complete this although a helpful lady in customer services talked us through it. Very unhappy to allow 90 day access to bank accounts - far too intrusive.

Uploading docs takes ages.
One can't return to a given section and start what you finished. One has to restart everything again
Demonstrating that you have more funds than are required, leads to error messages.
Try third fort.

Unable to complete setup
I get an error "can't update address info, please try again". Have wasted over an hour trying different docs, different address format without any luck.
Called support this afternoon, but they never got back to me and their support chat just point you to a generic faq that doesn't solve the issue.
There are lots of verification apps that actually works, so recommend companies to use one of those instead.

Very slow. Not user friendly. Wouldn’t scan chip in passport. iPhone became very hot to touch with the effort of trying to scan. Was worried my phone might get damaged
