Simply Ahmazing!

Was able to be my own tour guide! Got an up close and personal view of the city with amazing customer service to support me all the way through it!!!

Bikes and app need help

Tried this service instead of walking. Both trips there and back were problematic. First trip was fine until I tried ending the ride. Though I followed the instructions and was notified the ride had ended, when I checked for the cost a few blocks later the ride had not in fact ended. I had to walk back to the bike and complete the process a second time. On the ride back, the chain came off and I had to repair the bike in the dark on busy Commercial Street. There is no way to dispute charges which makes the whole experience regrettable.

Great e transport app

Loved the premium scooters and e-bikes that were available. Definitely a favorite! Will use many times in the future. Especially when in Provincetown

Fun!!!!

Would love to ride it a lot more but way too expensive.

Easy to rent, ride would do it again.

Thanks for the recommendation Erika!

App Doesn’t Work

App doesn’t work can’t revive the verification code no way to contact support.

Tellement pratique !

Comme à Paris ou d’autres grandes villes dans le monde, Provincetown a ses trottinettes électriques. On les a utilisés tous les jours pour se déplacer de l’hôtel au centre ville et se balader. Super service à la clientèle. À faire !

Faulty and money stealing

I used the coast scooters twice on my vacation to cape cod. I rented two scooters for my bf and I and we used it to get back to our parking space. Don’t get me wrong it was a great time…however; having to constantly look at your phone to see how much time you have left and then open your phone to end the rides is ridiculous. Have it on the little dashboard! The time it took me to open my phone and end both rides put one of the scooters over 15 minutes and they charged me for it. Their customer service is fast and they got back to me right away which was nice however they say they “can’t refund money” and only give ride credits. So they put the credit for one ride back into my account…I didn’t really want to ride the scooters again but since the money was in there we did. I set an alarm on my phone the second time so I knew roughly when it was gonna end, giving myself about 2 minutes to be able to park/end the rides without going over 15 minutes. Well…we got to the parking space still with a couple minutes to spare, I opened the app to end the rides and it glitched, gave me an error message, and logged me out. Then it wouldn’t let me log back in and when it finally did it had been over 16 minutes, the rides were still going and I was charged for another 15 on both scooters.
Of course I contacted them again, not wanting to use the scooters based on my previous experiences, I didn’t want credits, just wanted my money back and they won’t do it. Not even trying to find any possible way to refund me, they said take it up with my bank. Ridiculous.
Hopefully others have better experiences on these things but I won’t be trying them again unless they get some remodeling. I’d say put the timer on the dashboard so you know how much time has passed, and put a button or something ON THE ACTUAL SCOOTER! So you can end the ride without having to take your phone out. It’s already super expensive for 15 measly minutes, don’t make people waste some of that time on their phones dealing with a faulty app.
