Scott Khan Review
The Weight Loss app is very easy to use and makes tracking progress simple. However, it could use a few more key features, particularly for workout guidance. Written instructions alone aren’t quite sufficient; adding visual aids like images or diagrams would enhance the experience by clearly demonstrating each exercise. This would help users follow along more effectively and ensure they perform the workouts correctly.

5 stars
Ok this app is way different from anything I’ve ever tried before to lose weight. I struggle with ADHD and usually fall through on my plans due to the planning of it all and execution. But this is incredibly easy with the shopping lists and recipes. Takes all the hard work out of planning meals and lists. Plus the workout features tracks my calories burned as well.

A Fun, Effective, and Refreshing Approach to Weight Loss
I've tried a lot of weight loss apps in the past, but Daydi is the first one that has actually kept me engaged and motivated. I love the gamified approach and the focus on building healthy habits. It's so refreshing to not have to count calories or feel guilty about enjoying my favorite foods.
Here are some of the things I love about Daydi:
* The quests are fun and challenging. They keep me motivated to stay active and eat healthy.
* The rewards system is awesome. I love being able to earn points for healthy choices and then redeem them for indulgences.
* The app is easy to use and personalize. I can create my own recipes, add my own exercise routines, and even share my own dietary advice.
* The community is supportive and encouraging. It's great to be able to connect with other people who are on the same journey.

Easy to use and wallet friendly!
I enjoy the ability to tailor fit a plan specific to my lifestyle and my goals, and you can spend the extra money for it but you don’t have to. Without spending any money there’s a plan in place to reach my desired goal, and it’s achievable. There’s no weird/rare/hard to find ingredients on the meal plan. It’s 100% doable for anyone and very easy to navigate the app.

Riley Jr Review
The Weight Loss app is quite intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and track progress. However, it lacks some essential features, especially in the area of workout guidance. Simply providing written instructions is not enough; the app would greatly benefit from incorporating visual guides, such as images or diagrams, to better illustrate the exercises. Visual aids would make it easier for users to follow along and perform the workouts correctly.

Excellent App for Healthy Eating and Fitness!
Great app for healthy living! The recipes are easy to follow with videos, and the workout plans are detailed. I love the points system for tracking progress. It would be even better with more common measurements, but overall it's worth it. Highly recommended!
Weight Loss Meal Planning and Recipes App
This app is nice for planning out tasty, healthy meals for the week. They provide recipes with quality videos, written instructions, and images with some nice background music as I'm watching them. I like that it has a list of ingredients and an option to create a shopping list from those ingredients, but, it lists all of the ingredients and measurements needed as ounces, and I would really like to see them in a more common form such as 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 5 oz. water, 25 grams of flour, and so on to make it easier for someone who doesn't own a scale. I can still get the idea with what is provided though and the recipes definitely look like stuff I already love cooking and will fit my pallet, such as olive oil fried eggs with a side of kale, tomato, garlic, and chives... yummy! As with all other recipes, if I don't like an ingredient I can just not use it or replace it with something else. There is also a spot to use your accumulated points for activities completed and use the points to award yourself stuff on your own, such as 100 points to eat your favorite dessert, or 200 points to eat out at a restaurant, or 400 points to go on a weekend trip. At the dashboard there is daily workout routines to input and mark as done to get points. The workouts include the percentage of what muscles it targets, which is really detailed and awesome.
