Working and responsive

This app is my go-to. A little while ago it just stopped working for about a week and I was so frustrated. But I reached out to the developer and they updated it asap and now it’s my go-to again. I gotta admit I was shocked they even responded, let alone fixed the problem. Very pleased with the app and their communication!

I was an AI sceptic before downloading the app. Since downloading, I have used it every day. It has help in structuring numerous emails and publications.

Just stopped working

This app was my go-to. Then it just stopped working. The Home Screen doesn’t load and all that’s there now is the chat bot. I’ve sent them several messages explaining my issues but no one has reached out or tried to help me resolved them. Going to dispute this purchase with my bank. Waste of money! It worked for all of 2 months when I paid for 12 months!

Stopped working

This was a very useful app but it suddenly stopped working on me. None of the templates work so I can’t type anything up ! I wish they will fix this

Is the app broken?? We can't write prompts anymore. What's happening?? Please check and fix

App no longer working

The app is great for quickly coming up with responses to things such as comments made on social media posts, which I mainly use it for. But frustratingly it suddenly stopped working, and the chatbot assistant is pretty useless. It’s very disappointing and frustrating for a paid service to stop working when you’re relying on it, and for there to be no help getting it resolved.

App has stopped working, can’t view the templates

This app was working great but all of a sudden I can’t write anything because I can’t view/select the templates. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and has not fixed. Have logged a report with support, yet to hear back.
