This app is a wonderful companion to the sci-fi themes app. It truly helps to complete the LCARS look and feel for the iPhone. It’s simple to set up and easy to customize.
I love this clock. It looks great on my phone, and it’s super easy to customize.
I’m unreasonably delighted with this clock. It’s highly configurable and I have it set to match my Kathryn Janeway & LCARS theme. And it’s not just aesthetically pleasing, it’s handy for my failing eyesight.
I would give it five stars if not for the lack of clear instructions for use. It seems obvious in retrospect, but you have to add it as a widget, not an app. I don’t feel bad about taking almost an hour to figure it out because clearly, some other reviewers struggled with this too.
Avoid buying. The interface will let you make the pretty faces but it does not apply the changes ad advertised. A waste of $4.00.

Thank you! This is not a problem with my app, but your iPhone not refreshing for power saving reasons and your settings. Try turning off low power mode and turning on Background app refresh for this app. Also, try changing the system language and back. More hints on this page. It says Lock Screen Widgets, but it's same for Home Screen: https://nerdschalk.com/why-are-my-lock-screen-widgets-not-working-on-ios-16-how-to-fix-in-7-ways-if-widgets-not-showing-up/ Not available in app store for iphone se 2022 version which is still a new model version Apple sells today since last year.

This should be available on all iOS 14 and above. That's when it started supporting widgets. How did you rate this if it's not available to you? *Did you figure this out? Write to newstartrekapps@gmail.com if you need support. *Still waiting.Some reviewers state app doesn’t work. It works great but you may need to reboot your phone before it works. First time you open the app, give it a few seconds to download all the images, because there’s a lot of them and always growing. You pick the images, the scifi fonts and color.
This app was not made for iMac 🖥️ but I tried it and it works as a widget in notifications.
Can’t get it to show military time. The template looks right but the widget will not update to military time.

It lets me create my own clock but I have no idea how to set it as my background?? Or make it show on Lock Screen or anything? There’s no options in the app itself to save my clock design or do anything with it. What did I do wrong??

When you go to add a widget use the search bar to search the Sci-Fi Clock and press the app looking icon to add it to your home screen.THIS APP DOES NOT WORK ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN!!!! It ONLY works on your HOME screen, which is completely useless. They do not lie in the description but I think it’s pretty clear they are hoping to get a few people like me who think it does to buy it or they’d clarify that.
It does look good and does what it says so while I think they are being slightly shady I won’t blame them because I’m too dumb not to read more carefully.
