Did not refund when I cancel subscription
I signed up for 3 day trial and the app says it reminds you when the 3 day trial is up. The app does really bad hair styles and lacks colors. It did not remind me and when I cancel the same day it does not give me an option to get a refund.Lemingrl

Not opening
When I try to open the app it closes. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I just did the new iPhone download. The app has the latest version. I don’t know what the issue isBrittany.USA
