i locked my scooter through the app, and when i went to unlock it , it doesn’t want to unlock.. it’s currently been locked for over 72 hours

My button does not work so I can’t turn it on I can only turn it on if I plug it in and out but if I leave it for a while then I can’t turn it back on so I need to always have to find a outlet

The isinwheel app is poor. My S9 Pro I purchased in 2023 uses MiniRobot which is 100% better

There is no option on app on how to change speed when i bought the isinwheel s9 max it said 20 mph nahh that cap lies ! Please i sinwheel people fix it and would make the scooter even more 🔥
