New OHD features
Got to try it for the first time today, and I am REALLY impressed with the OHD features. As someone who shoots at least once a week or sometimes more, the thought of having to replace the sensor targets frequently definitely steered me away from this app at first, but the print your own paper targets and pay for the monthly subscription seemed like the much better value for me! Having the app not only track your hits, but times and split times too? Yeah, seems like it would be a whole lot easier than buying a a shot timer, scoring your hits yourself and then taping over the target to start over! This will help me get ready for the Fall Brawl even sooner! I do hope that games like for the sensor targets are in development for the OHD app as well! Honestly the most fun I have had in a solo range trip in a LONG time! Can’t wait to go play more!Show lessBigEdPVDfla

At first, the app had a few bugs, but I really enjoy using the Sig Connect App because of the extensive information and COST!

It’s polished and works flawlessly with the various smart target systems allowing for fun training all using the free tools within the app. You can also pay for expanded tools and features that will most certainly be added to in the future. I found this to be an great tool at the range when I’m sighting in. It’s great to see my group size and splits since I can’t really use a regular shot timer at my indoor range. Can’t wait to see what gets added to this!moomoo352

Hi Noschavamus, users are not required to pay monthly or at all for a number of features and video content within the app. The premium tier however does unlock EVERYTHING in the app including over 120 training videos, podcasts, docuseries, innovative optical hit detection, advanced analytics, and more! This app is really unclear what it is.. it looked almost like it was a laser training system like Mantis, but I couldn’t look at the app until I signed up.. I signed up and saw it was just a way for them to sell targets with wires attached so you can track your shots. So it was something I’m never going to use. So within 2 minutes of signing up, I went to Deactivate my account. Instead of just letting me do it, it forced me to send an email requesting my account be deleted.. then they wait almost 2 weeks to even reply and I figure it was just an announcement saying they have deleted my account.. but it wasn’t! They then said “please reply with the full name attached to the account in order for your deletion to be processed”. I’ve never in my life had an app not just deactivate the account when I pushed the button, and the fact they make you first send an email, then they don’t reply for weeks and then that reply isn’t even the end of it, you then have to send your full name.. it just seems like they’re actively trying to keep people’s info or something. I have some Sigs but it makes me consider never getting a new one when a company does weird or shady stuff. Or just has bad customer service/user interfacing. I do not recommend ever using this app unless you’ve already bought their stupid training targets that seem pretty pointless if you ask me.. a target is a target, I don’t need Sig tracking and showing me my hits when I can see them with my eyes, or use the Mantis X10 that works great, or Mantis Laser Academy.. they whole thing just put a bad taste in my mouth.Show lessEazyE719

We are actively working on the onboarding process to fix this. There is so much in the app other than the T300 smart target system that you mention here.
