After trying everything to make this app work, nothing helps. There’s some kind of bug that closes the app out after 1 second of opening/loading it. I can’t even sign up at all. After coming here to read the reviews, I learned there is not proper security for storing details. I won’t be using this app, and I won’t be earning rewards at the restaurant I was at. I just won’t go to that restaurant because why does it force people to download an app to join their rewards program? No thanks. App doesn’t work anyway. Byebye 👋🏾.

Forced to save credit card in app
There seems to be no way to enter a credit card in the app without authorizing Fat Chance to store my credit card!! They don’t even show they have proper security to store credit card info.
I’m going to try to get them or my credit card company to force the deletion my my card info.
From now on it’s a web browser or phone order or go somewhere else!

The app won’t add gift cards or let me use rewards
No Apple Pay
I’m not storing my credit card in your app and uploading receipts is a pain.
