I love Teddy, but…
Either I’m doing something wrong or I can’t access my rewards to use on my cart from the app. I have to exit out, go to Teddythedog.com, sign in, and then redeem my available reward. Too much back and forth. Also, this most current order showed that I had $25 redeemable reward, but I could not apply/use it, so I exited out, and started over, to have my available reward as $5. Big diff, Teddy.
I do love your tees, Teddy. Could you either instruct me on how to make purchasing with rewards less cumbersome and time consuming using your app? Can you check on what happened to my $25 reward?

I am a huge fan of Teddy the Dog. I had a puppy named Teddy, which is why I looked at the website the first time. I returned because I enjoyed the sayings. I still return because every shirt or other product is quality.ahinch13
Perfect for browsing
Maybe I'm just a snob, but I've always had a pet peeve for when websites aren't well formatted for mobile browsing. Teddy getting a mobile app fixed that issue for me! I generally shop on my phone anyway, so I can file this one away with my other shopping apps and browse the new designs whenever I like now! Plus it notifies me so I know when a new one drops right away. Overall, a great improvement!perryotters
