My daughter got this dog for Christmas but the app won’t do anything just is the open screen so can’t use it to interact with the dog

The dogs toy is adorable and the app makes it even better but I hate how you can’t delete profiles completely like listen I don’t want so many dogs it was a mistake so when I tried delete it it it just got rid of that profile and overwrited it with a new dog so I’m extremely unhappy about that I hope you can update the app to do that I’m so sorry if I caused you unhappiness or anything but pleaseeeee fix it

Amazing but one thing…
It connects so easily and it makes it a even better experience play with dog-e and the app! But there is one thing turbo pet doesn’t work :( it always says 0 even though I did it right multiple times.
The app is cool
I would suggest more games and like updates because there isn’t really much to do to be honest I mean the app is really cool. The dog is amazing. The dog is super cute but I would really love updates because there isn’t much to do that’s my opinion, but all the games are really fun, I just think there should be more updates for $79.95 isn’t really worth it from my price range but that’s just for me more updates will make it better overall, the app is easier to do than doing it without the app.
