It’s a very fun game to pick up and play. Easy to learn many powers makes it exciting but the only issue I have is it needs more levelsFantastic

I really enjoyed it for about 2 weeks. Played it more than any other mobile game I had. But I logged in this morning and it wiped all my progress. I somehow still have some gems, but lost all my player levels and upgrades. Not worth grinding for all that again and there is no backup save to the cloud or player ID, or support.

Pretty mediocre and buggy
Every level is essentially the same. Seems like there was really no time and effort into this game. Played through about 6 chapters, spent 300 of the gems on a gold chest that had “guaranteed epic on NEXT draw” and then immediately got a rare item instead and then it reset to “guaranteed epic in 9 more draws” that’s when I decided I had enough of the game. They didn’t waste their time making it, so I won’t waste my time supporting it.Show lessmtty90

The in game purchases don't work and the company will not fix it!!! I've emailed and requested that it be fixed and they send generic "sorry we can't help you" emails back. Don't buy absolutely anything from the developers until they'll treat their customers better and fix their game issues!!!NicoisTheSalad
Fun game, but sooo many tech issues
The game is fun. But the frustrations with the issues the creators are having are not worth it.
- Character level keeps resetting back to 1. Progress all lost
- Talents all reset to 1 as well.
- High leveled items are just disappearing out of my inventory and off of my character
- Character name keeps changing back to a random number instead of the one given.
- I DID purchase the monthly subscription and every bit of resource gained from it is wasted on levels and items that are disappearing.
I HAVE REACHED OUT TO NEON VIA INSTAGRAM AS IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW OPTIONS THEY PRESENT FOR COMMUNICATION. SEVERAL TIMES. AND NOTHING BACK.
