Very clunky and annoying to use
The app seems to be very clunky. It’s also full of ads and annoyingly some packages constantly need me to reinput the destination country code and postcode in order to see tracking. Additionally relating to that there’s nothing that actually tells you what the country codes are so it’s pretty much a guess of what abbreviation to use. Also when there’s an error there’s no information given about what the error is or how to fix it. While an app would be convenient bit was reliably functional this one is not so I’ll be deleting it and going back to using the actual website.

Awful first experience
This might be the most frustrating app on the internet. Zero updates for over a week and this order was for a wedding band we had to have in time. The first day the app told us that it had been shipped and gave a location but for the last week it says nothing at all or tracking number not found.
The inconvenience has been insane and for all we know the package could be lost or stolen. There’s nothing the company can do about it because they have no idea where it is either but they solely use this app so we’re all just lost. I find it incredibly stupid to not just use usps, fedex, ups tracking numbers like any sane person would do. Hopefully companies will not get into the habit of using them
