Good luck getting your flowers
What an absolute horrible experience thereβs always an excuse. Things are never delivered on time or at all orders arenβt processed correctly. Pretty sad I ordered flowers four days ago for a birthday and of course there was an issue. Avoid this company just contact your local flower companies directly.

Most arrangements unsafe around pets
I wish the app would have a filter available for pet households. A lot of the flowers used in the arrangements are toxic to dogs and cats. I wish there was a filter to designate safe for pet homes.

Codes do not work
I was getting a $15 off credit which was in my account. When I went to use it upon a purchase, it would not let me use. Nor would it let me use any other. Very disappointed.

Even if there are rare problems, staff have been thoroughly gracious and helpful to correct the issue. I also enjoy their promo codes, and have a paid subscription for the free shipping service which has more than covered the cost over and over. Charging crazy fees for delivery just to send standard and still be late. No support available. Just go to your local florist. They are cheaper, have better service and do a way better job.
