Can’t use app because nothing loads
Haven’t been able to use app in about 6 months. Not one things loads. The app opens but then nothing comes up and if I try to click on a category like 21700 batteries it says that it can not load. Absolutely worthless and completely useless app now. I can’t be the only person experiencing this. You would think they would periodically read the reviews about their app and fix it if they wanted to keep their customers. I have ordered from this company for years but after this blatant neglect of their app and concern for their customers I will move on and buy somewhere else.

Unusable app
Haven’t been able to use the app in weeks. Any item link you click on will not open. It’s just blank. You’d think the app developers would fix this and not let it persist for weeks. Terrible

Ever since I found my needing specifically 18650 batteries, I surfed around and found this site, purchased my one battery and I was so happy with the experience that over the following 2-3 years, I’ve bought around 20 more from them, as I’ve needed them.
