What’s With the Bugs?
I opened the app to play the game, and I see an event occurring. Okay, cool! Though before the event occoured, I was able to play four levels, then I leave for about an hour give or take, and suddenly I cannot play any levels and basically all my progress is gone. Although there’s options to not play the event set, it doesnt let me. I took notice when checking this page out, that there was at least a bug fixed almost every week. I’m glad these bugs get fixed, but fixing them every week seems a bit more off putting to me. I feel like if there’s going to be events, there shouldn’t be interference with the game itself.

I’ll also be submitting my claims and complaints with the “VCC” Since falcon games is based in Hanoi. I’ll also be in contact with another legal body but I’ll save that only for them. All you need to know is this kind of major escalation would never be here if these developers were morally sound. However, me spending most of my time with lots of different gaming bodies I’ve learned there are good developers and also there are disgusting developers. This body has more disgusting trash than other troubling gaming bodies. So unless you enjoy being phųcked over just stay away. For your own peace of mind.

Good P2W game let down by poor costumer support
The game has a number of minor bugs, some of which the developers simply don’t seem bothered to fix. As someone who has spent quite a chunk of money on this game, I would expect customer support to be a bit more helpful when a problem occurs. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case here.
I reported an issue with one of the missions required to obtain a certificate. Long story short, even when you do everything correctly and exactly as described, you don’t receive the reward.
After reporting the issue, it takes approximately a day to get a response, and when you finally receive one, it isn’t particularly helpful. Instead of acknowledging and fixing what appears to be a problem with the code, I was basically given advice on how to work around the bug and adapt what I was doing to compensate for it. Surely it should be the other way around — the code should work according to the description of what is required to complete the task.
After they eventually ran out of unhelpful suggestions, I was simply ghosted.

Like this game genuinely is fun but once a while I can’t do any more upgrades and the bosses there’s moves you can’t even evade that it kills u you revive then dead right away like there’s like 10 different things shooting at you that even my abilities can’t take down I only I feel like it’s just pay to win like literally all the attacks are inavadable it’s so annoying I’m still gonna try to get to level 900 without spending a dollar so fyi this game is pay to win
