Recent decline in quality - vibe coding?

Worked great for years. However, recently it’s been causing issues requiring a complete uninstall and reinstall to resolve. Most commonly, apps will detect “no network connection” or similar. The ad filtering widget will also completely break, and the app itself becomes unlaunchable. The only fix is to delete and redownload.

Il est possible d intégrer des listes de blocage extérieures c’est une belle avancée et il semble qu’il soit également possible d utiliser un serveur dns personnalisé. Bravo au développeurs 👍 toutes les publicités ne sont pas bloquées il faudrait revoir peut être l intégration à l application des listes internes qui ont été choisies. Dernière chose les publicités sur YouTube ne sont pas bloquées il faudrait également revoir ce bug

Please ensure it is enabled in iOS Settings -> Apps -> Safari -> Extensions, as well as in 1Blocker: the Block Ads on YouTube.com toggle in the Ads section of the app. In general, YouTube ad blocking should work well, but since YouTube frequently updates its ad scripts, it can occasionally take a short time for the filters to catch up with their changes. It doesn’t work (kinda)

The ad blocker works. But at the custom rules, it wasn’t enabled so I did every single step to turn it on, and I went back to the app and it didn’t work. I tried to do it again, but still didn’t work.

Unique Outstanding Design App!

I have used this unique 5 Star app for many many years! In fact I can remember when the Name change on the App and slowly changed back to the current Name on the App. But I can contend know matter what the Name was the Outstanding App always worked for me it never never did fail me. The Developers have put a great deal of time sweat love and yes Hard Work on the coding of their Software. They surprise me when they added the Firewall protection which has always worked and been a success in a protected system that I as an ole man needed. I have been lucky thru my many years that I got to see Technology change so much and thanks to these Developers that I was going to use some of it! I truly truly appreciate and thank the Developers for all their hard work in keeping up with all the security concerns and corrections that needed to be made on this Software and that they did with all the updates that they did through out the years! So as an ole man I want to Tip my Hat 🎩 to you and say “ Thank’s “ for anyone who read this I Hope you will Download this and give it a try. I Don’t believe you will be disappointed or sorry! I can’t seemingly remember ever being disappointed by this App over the past years I have used it! “ Thank You ! “ 🎩

Recent loss of function

As of July 24, 2026 it has stopped working. Ads all over safari. Had no problems for years of use till now. Needs an update. Then, 5 stars.

This does not block any more ads than the standard safari settings. On Fandom websites, it blocks nothing so it’s pretty much useless.
