My tens machine isnt connecting to the app anymore. Very frustrating and I’m in pain. Not happy

Bought this for relief of cervical neck/ back pain, and it has helped tremendously! Please update the app for new iOS. Tens unit works great, but now randomly stops before cycles are complete, sometimes doesn’t work at all, or won’t stay on the setting chosen.
Far better TENS using an app
It's great to have an app to control a TENS unit! Much better control and easy to use settings. It's difficult to set up or mess with a TENS unit settings especially after you've applied the pads on your body. With the app it's a breeze because you don't have to navigate thru multiple menus repeatedly pressing buttons.
Simple interface. You have quick access to all features. Automatic device connection - no Bluetooth settings.
