Very glitchy
Useful features but keeps glitching especially when trying to input dates for CPD, with page refreshing every time you select the day, month or year. Randomly cuts back to loading page while trying to work on it. Potential to be a very helpful tool if only it worked better

Has deleted hours of CPD
Has deleted 10 hours of CPD from 2023 with no way to recover it.
Saying Offline won’t sync to RCVS
As previous review mine is now saying off line, even though I am on WiFi and or roaming. I have also logged in today to find that several cpd hours have been deleted/disappeared. I’m now worried anything I add will be lost too. I have contacted RCVS to see if they can help. This app worked fine after downloading it, but it’s the 2024 logs it has an issue with.

Keeps crashing
I tend to find that on the iPhone when reflecting it will allow me to reflect once then crashes on subsequent attempts to reflect on other CPD in the list. This has happened fairly consistently and becomes frustrating to the point you end up falling behind with the reflections therefore not conforming with CPD requirements!

Good app, but no access to VetGDP
The ability to record and reflect on CPD activities via the app is really useful. However the app lacks access to the VetGDP, which is available through the website and would be greatly appreciated by new graduate vets.
Unable to save reflections
Unable to save any reflections on the app. Just gives me a pop up of Saving in process
Keeps telling me I’m offline
Every time I open the app it tells me I’m offline and that any input won’t be updated to the RCVS website.
I’m definitely online and my internet is working, so it looks as if the glitch is still not fixed.
Thankfully all my records remain on the app on my iPad but I’m not prepared to reinstall it in case they are lost.

Lost all my cpd hours!
Lost my hours when it told me to update the app.. although looks like there wasn’t an update to begin with!

Just updated and it has deleted all my cpd from this year
Issues with entering information
When selecting dates for CE, the app will consistently change it to the date before, example it was on the 21st, when saved it will change to the 20th. For extended dates for conferences will do same for both. Occasionally also have issue when entering length of time for CE, enter one and a half hours, will save as one. Uploading photos and documents is currently working well.

Unusable with my iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard
When I launch this app, it appears on it’s side which makes it unusable. Ridiculous for a relatively recent app. Please use iOS developers that know what they’re doing in future.

Keep extra records
The app often doesn’t save or deletes the recorded cpd. Which means I have to keep another record- tried to ask why and little response.
Not user friendly
Not very easy to navigate...
